Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will consider refund requests under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate orders

  • Incorrect product delivered (e.g., wrong preset)

All refund requests will be assessed at our reasonable discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

As mentioned, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the order.

3. Exchanges or Replacements

We do not offer exchanges or replacements for digital products. Our presets are individually crafted, representing years of professional experience and editing expertise. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final outcome. If you find that the presets do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us. We will work together to help you achieve the best possible results with your photos.

4. Order Cancellations or Changes

Since our presets sales are final once the files have been downloaded, we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been confirmed

Custom Canvas Prints

1. Refund Policy

All of our canvas prints are custom-made and printed on demand to ensure each piece is unique and tailored to your specific request. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

As mentioned, canvas prints are non-refundable once accessed. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the order.

3. Damaged or Defective Prints

While we strive to deliver your canvas prints in perfect condition, we understand that occasionally, damage or defects may occur during shipping. If your print arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations or Changes

Since our canvas prints are custom-made and production begins immediately after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been confirmed
